an all-night affair
At the end of camp every session we let the oldest group of campers stay up all night in the FAB. They hang out, talk, watch movies, eat pizza, fall asleep and generally have a great time. Jim and I volunteered to be chaperones and stay up with them, so all of last night we sat up in the FAB chatting away with the kids.
As the light started to come up we brought all of the kids out to waterfront, and then a few of us went up to the Adventure Camp for a better view of the lake. After a long wait the sun finally rose, the campers went to wake up the rest of the camp and all of the counselors went for a nice, long nap in the counselor’s lounge. Perfect end to first session… bring on the next batch of kids!
