Coffee Corset Photo Shoot!
So I’ve been meaning to photograph my coffee corset that I made back in October, but I’ve never had the chance. Luckily this weekend I was able to get my friend and coworker, Marla to agree to model for me. I think she’s absolutely beautiful and she has the most fantastic red hair, so I was thrilled when she agreed to wear my corset.

a weekend in a twin city
This weekend I had the pleasure of escaping Chicago for a few days and traveling west to Minneapolis. I participated in a competition to re-design the hospital gown and it turns out that I was a finalist. The final fashion show and awards night was happening and an extravagant gala in the Hilton in downtown Minneapolis and SAIC was incredibly gracious enough to pay my way so that I could go.
